Can I proof my Florida residency online without a Florida ID and if not can I confirm my annual pass at the ticket center at blizzard beach or my hotel port Orleans riverside?

    Hey there, Britney!

Welcome back to planDisney and thanks for returning with another fantastic question about visiting the Walt Disney World Resort! I'm thrilled to hear you'll be joining the Annual Passholder family. It's a wonderful way to sprinkle a little pixie dust throughout your year! I'm happy to help you understand your options for verifying your residency and picking up that special little card that'll allow you to return to The Most Magical Place on Earth time and time again.

Britney, as a Florida resident, you have access to the greatest flexibility in both Annual Pass types and payment options! At this time, Guests have the ability to verify Florida residency online at the Walt Disney World Resort website or in the My Disney Experience mobile app if they can provide any of the following documents:
    • valid Florida driver's license featuring a Florida address
    • valid Florida state-issued ID card featuring a Florida address
    • valid Florida-based military ID
If you don't have any of the above-mentioned identification types, you'll need to visit a Guest Relations location once you arrive on-site to confirm your Florida residency in person with either proof of a current mortgage or rental agreement, a bill, policy, or registration document, or mail from a financial or governmental institution - any of which must be dated within the past 2 months. Britney, I'm happy to inform you that, at this time, you'll be able to complete this activity - and pick up your Annual Pass - at the ticket booth at Disney's Blizzard Beach water park! Your Annual Pass will be activated the first time you use it to enter a theme park, and it'll expire one year from the date of its first use (unless renewed).

Britney, I'm excited to hear you're planning to visit Disney's Blizzard Beach water park tomorrow. There's nothing like spending a splash-tastic day at a Disney water park! Have you heard the news? Disney's Blizzard Beach water park will close for refurbishment after March 16, 2024, and on March 17, 2024, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon water park will open for the season! Get ready to say "Kowabunga!"

I hope you've found this information helpful, Britney, and I wish you many magical memories as a Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder. If you think of any additional questions you might have about visiting the theme parks as an Annual Passholder, feel free to revisit us here at planDisney anytime! We're here to help you make the most of your time at The Most Magical Place on Earth.

    See ya real soon,

    Lauren
