What proof of disability is accepted for a disability pass when coming from the uk?

Hey there, Lorraine! I'm absolutely delighted to welcome you to the most magical panel on Earth – planDisney!

It sounds like you're getting ready for a vacation to my happy place!! I'm genuinely so excited for you and can't wait for you to experience all of the magic. One of the things I Iove most about Walt Disney World is that no matter how many times you visit, there's always something new to discover. Whether it's a brand new attraction, a seasonal celebration, or even a magical detail you've never noticed before, there's always something to make each visit feel special and unique.

As soon as you arrive in the United States, you'll be able to start the process of applying for Disability Access Service (DAS). The great part is that you won't need to present any official paperwork to get started. All it takes is a virtual chat with a Cast Member, which you can easily do through the Walt Disney World website or right in the My Disney Experience app. During this conversation they'll take the time to understand your individual needs and work with you to arrange the most appropriate accommodations, helping to make sure that your visit is comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free.

Additionally, I want to point out how simple it is to access disability-related services while you're in the parks using the My Disney Experience app. Just open the app and tap the three horizontal lines in the lower right corner of the home screen. From there, scroll down and find the "Accessibility & Health Services" section. This feature allows you to view a variety of options and select the services that are the best fit for your visit...all with just a few taps!

I hope this helps make your vacation planning a little easier, Lorraine! If any additional questions pop up, you're as welcome as can be at planDisney!
