We have the promo 4 day 1 park per visit tickets that just came out.. someone on another website said you can't leave for a few hours for a break and come back into the same park? I have never heard of this?what if you need to go back to the car ?

    Hello Andrea!

I'm glad you've stopped by with this question. Though the internet is an undeniably helpful tool in many instances, it's also a breeding ground for misinformation and rumors. Your best bet is always to check with an official resource like a Cast Member chat on the Walt Disney World Resort website, or by visiting us here at planDisney. We're always happy to go the extra mile to get guests the most accurate information!

The 4-Day, 4-Park Magic Ticket is a great value for guests planning to experience all 4 theme parks within a 7-day window between April 2 and September 22, 2024. The ticket terms state that "Ticket may not be used to enter the same theme park more than once" but that doesn't mean you won't be able to take a break and return later in the day. Let's go over the details.

These tickets will grant 4 total admissions on 4 separate days with access to each park one time. This simply means that once you enter Magic Kingdom Park using this ticket, you will not be able to return to Magic Kingdom Park on a second day. You would instead choose to visit one of the remaining 3 parks. In addition, you also wouldn't be able to use one day of admission to visit Magic Kingdom Park in the morning and then attempt to use a second day of admission to visit a different park later that afternoon. If you planned to visit Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday respectively, you would be free to enter and exit throughout the day for meals, breaks, resort time, etc.

Keep in mind that all admission is subject to capacity and you may not be able to re-enter a theme park if it reaches capacity on a given day. This is the case with any ticket type, but in my experience, this only happens on extremely busy holidays or during special events like anniversary celebrations. We visited on Christmas Day a few years ago and Magic Kingdom Park did reach maximum capacity for a few hours but I have not experienced that on any other visits. I don't expect that you'll experience this during an August trip, but I just want to mention it so you are aware.

Speaking of an August visit, I hope you'll be able to enjoy the new offerings debuting at the parks later this summer. I'm most excited about the opening of CommuniCore Hall at EPCOT and the debut of Tiana's Bayou Adventure. Lots of magic awaits!

I hope this clears up any confusion, Andrea. If can help with any other planning questions please don't hesitate to come back and see us again.

    Magic and memories,
    Amy
