I promised my daughter a trip to Disneyland on her 16th birthday, December 29th, but silly me didn’t realize you need tickets AND a reservation to enter the park. Is there anything I can do at this point? Thanks in advance for your help!

A very warm welcome, Alyson! Thank you for bringing your question to planDisney!

When purchasing tickets directly through the Disneyland Resort, Guests are required to select the date of their visit. This creates a Theme Park Reservation during the ticket purchase process. So, you may already hold the necessary reservation.

If you would like to confirm your Theme Park Reservation, please log in to your Disneyland Account and visit “My Disneyland” then click “Ticket and Reservation Details.” Finally, click on the “View My Park Reservations” hyperlink. There, you’ll see your Theme Park Reservation details. This information can also be found on the main landing page and in the “Future Plans” section of the Disneyland Mobile App

Enjoy a Sweet Sixteen birthday celebration with your daughter! Here’s a suggestion to make her birthday extra special! Stop by Guest Relations for a complimentary birthday button! Cast Members love to join the celebration by wishing Guests a Happy Birthday! Feel free to ask for an “I’m Celebrating” button for yourself! You’re celebrating with her, right?

I hope this helps! Please come back with other questions!
