    We are in the process of purchasing the usb for our memory maker. We are on the page that has woody and says do not refresh. We have been there for 30 minutes. Is this normal or has something gone wrong?

    Welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you just returned home from a trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth. My guess is you are dealing with a heavy case of the post-Disney blues. I’ve been there and felt that many times before. What always seems to help chase those blues away is having a Disney movie night with my family and snacking on popcorn out of my souvenir popcorn bucket. Maybe doing the same will help you too.

    I’m glad to hear you are ordering a Disney PhotoPass Archive USB flash drive of all the magical memories from your vacation. You will love looking back on your Disney PhotoPass photos for years to come. Whenever I’ve ordered my USB flash drives, it only takes a few moments to process everything, so it sounds like Wreck-It Ralph may have accidentally disrupted your order. If your order processed correctly, you would have received a confirmation email by now. If you don’t see one in your inbox, I suggest you give the Disney PhotoPass Guest support line a call at (407) 560-4300 to see if your order went through or not. If it did not, sign out of your My Disney Experience account, then sign back in and try to order the USB flash drive again.
