I am in the process of making ADR for our May trip. I was wondering how early or late you can be for most reservations. I don't like the idea of having to live by the clock while on vacation, but don't want our table to be given away either. Thanks!

    Hi Terri!

May is a wonderful time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort!  Great weather, wonderful attractions and the opportunity to experience Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival await you and your family!

Typically, it is recommended to arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation to check in.  The restaurants at Disney are somewhat forgiving for guests who arrive 15 to 30 minutes late as they do recognize that lines for attractions may be longer than expected.  By one hour post your stated reservation time, they will have given your table away, and you may be charged the reservation fee.  Keep in mind that some of the more popular restaurants now require a credit card guarantee, in which, should the guest not arrive for their reservation, $10 per person dining will be charged.

Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!
