Hi there, Heather! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney with your question. I love that you’re planning an adults-only Disney trip...it’s such a wonderful way to enjoy the parks at your own pace and maybe even end a magical evening with fireworks and a nightcap!
When booking more than one
Walt Disney World Resort hotel room, each will need its own reservation with its own confirmation number, and each room will need to have a “lead Guest” listed. You’ll want to avoid duplicating the same Guest names on more than one reservation. Once both are booked, you can link them together in your
My Disney Experience account.
You also have a couple of ways to request rooms near one another. If you’d like to do it online, just look for “Room and Amenity Requests” on the checkout page before finalizing your reservation. You’ll see options such as:
• Nearby Room
• With Connecting Door (rooms with an interior door between them)
Or, if you prefer, you can
call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations directly to have a Cast Member link your reservations and note your request. While adjoining or connecting rooms can’t be guaranteed, they do their very best to honor them whenever possible.
When it comes to dining, you’ll have flexibility. You can make one reservation for all four adults, as long as everyone is linked on your
Family & Friends list. If the other two adults prefer to manage their own dining plans separately, they’ll just need their own My Disney Experience accounts to book for themselves.
I hope this helps, Heather, and that your getaway is filled with lots of fun memories. If you have any more questions before your trip, we're all ears!
See ya real soon,
Eean
