I’m so sorry to hear that you’re having an issue when you try to make your Disney Park Pass reservations. If you purchased your tickets with a travel agent, it may be a good idea to reach out to them for further assistance. If you are trying to make your reservations on your smartphone via your My Disney Experience app, you may have better results if you use a home computer. Sometimes Stitch steps in and makes it a little tricky to make reservations on your app when you’re not in the Orlando area.

send an email to the resort for help.
