This probably seems like a silly question, but this is our first time to Disney and staying at a resort hotel. Should we pack beach towels for use at the resort pool? Are towels provided for swimming? Also, are hairdryers provided in the rooms?

    Hi Tammie,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! How exciting to be planning your first trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. There are many benefits to staying at a Disney Resort hotel. All Disney Resort hotel Guests will appreciate in room amenities including a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, in room safe, alarm clock, telephone with voice mail messaging, and free WiFi Internet service. You are welcome to bring beach towels from home, however, if you are staying at a Moderate or Deluxe Resort hotel, towels are provided at the pools free of charge. Simply look for one of the large towel carts located by the pool at your resort. Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions about your upcoming stay at Walt Disney World Resort.
