Hi Cathy!
Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for trusting us with your question. I'm excited to hear about your plans to visit next month and love that you're considering a
Disney Private VIP Tour for your group. I have yet to experience one for myself, but I can't help but smile every time I see one of those magically plaid-dressed Cast Members guiding groups around the parks.
VIP Tours can be booked as early as 60 days ahead of your visit, and pricing will vary based on the date. Pricing currently ranges from $450 to $950 per hour, with a 7-hour minimum and a maximum tour length of 10 hours. Keep in mind that theme park admission is
not included in this hourly rate and is required for entry. If you are hoping to visit multiple parks on the same day, you'll need to ensure everyone in your group has
Park Hopper Option tickets or an
Annual Pass that's not subject to a
blockout day on your preferred tour date.
VIP Tours can accommodate up to 10 guests, and your itinerary is fully customizable. Your guide will help you coordinate a seamless plan to experience your top attractions while sharing insights and a bit of pixie dust throughout the day. If you want to focus on one park without time minimums or limitations, you might also consider
Lightning Lane Premier Pass for your park of choice. This ticket add-on offers access to each Lightning Lane experience in the selected park without pre-scheduling a return time. Keep in mind that each guest in your party would need to add this to their ticket, and you can only use Premiere Pass once per attraction. My pal
Kaitlin shared more about her VIP experience here, with some added insights about both touring options.
I hope this helps your family plan the best day ever at Walt Disney World Resort. If we can answer additional questions or share further recommendations, please don't hesitate to come back and let us know.
Magic and memories,
Amy
