I would like to see the printed allergy friendly menus at Walt Disneyworld before going to the restaurants is that possible?

    Hi Diane!

I can completely relate to your desire to review the allergy-friendly menus for the Walt Disney World restaurants in advance, as I have food allergies as well and I like to plan ahead. Unfortunately the allergy-friendly menus are not available on the Walt Disney World site, but I do follow a few "unofficial" Disney sites for the latest information on allergies at Disney and to review the allergy-friendly menus: glutenfreedairyfreewdw dot com is a great resource, as is allergyfreemouse dot com. These are unofficial sites, so I can't verify the accuracy of the information, but I have found them to be a good source.

You can also contact Special Diets ahead of your vacation to ask questions about your special dietary needs. You can request to review a menu for a specific Disney dining location.

I have found a few places to be great for my food allergies, including Erin McKenna's Bakery NYC in Disney Springs, as they have gluten-free and vegan cupcakes. Coral Reef was also extremely accommodating when I visited and prepared a special allergy-friendly mahi-mahi for me.

    Magically,
    Stacy
