Well hello there, Debbie! Welcome to planDisney and thanks for bringing your question to us!
First of all, thank you for all you do as an educator. As a parent, I really appreciate your guidance in helping our kids and I'm so excited for you and your students to experience
Disneyland Resort Grad Nite this year! We're thrilled that Disney is bringing back this beloved event after an absence of a couple of years. This Party has been a Southern California
tradition for many families and it dates back to the early 1960s.
I spoke to a Cast Member from the
Disney Imagination Campus and they do not post the Policies and Expectations handout on a public website for download. However, she mentioned that you can either email them at dlr.grad.nite@disney.com, which is the originating address from which you should have been receiving correspondence, or you may call Group Travel Operations at 1-800-232-7980. They will be able to email another PDF copy of the Policies and Expectations document after you give them your email and school name.
Are your students excited to spend an evening in Disney California Adventure with the Park all to themselves? I can't imagine a more magical way to celebrate a graduation and to commemorate moving on to the next chapter in your life! They'll be able to experience thrilling attractions like
WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure and
Guardians of the Galaxy - Mission: BREAKOUT! without waiting in long standby queues. And Disney characters will be dressed in their Grad Nite outfits for photos to remember the night!
Debbie, I hope I was able to answer your question and that you are able to help your students. If you have any further questions, please reach out to us at planDisney at any time! We're here to help!
Have a Magical Day!
