Scott from BC Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

1)when you print out tickets, can you get hard copies with pictures like before? 2)can you still get photos from photographers or do you have to buy something(been 10 years since last visit) 3)do you need to buy something extra for new star wars?

Bright suns! Fancy meeting you here again, Scott, thanks for asking some great questions! How exciting to hear you’re returning to the Happiest Place on Earth after 10 long years!! I am thrilled for you!

Well, let’s get down to business because it sounds like you’re ready for an adventure!

    1. Single and Multi-Day tickets will result in a paper copy when you scan for entry at either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park. They’re fun little mementos to save and you want to first scan it into your Disneyland app so it’s linked (if not already) and keep it in a safe place while you’re visiting.
    2. Yes, Disney PhotoPass Service is still a thing! You can find Disney PhotoPass photographers throughout the resort ready to capture your core memories. After you take photos, the photographer will scan your app, MagicBand+, or provide a card that you can link to your MyDisney account. Once they’re loaded, you can purchase your photos directly in the app! Did you know that if you purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass or PhotoPass+ One Day, your photos are unlimited and included?
    3. Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is amazing. You’re stepping onto the Planet Batuu and will be surrounded by all things of the Force. You’ll be happy to know that there are no additional entry fees to enter Batuu from the Outer World. With interactive experiences with locals, and opportunities to save the galaxy on the attractions Millennium Falcom: Smuggler’s Run and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, I just caution you to keep an eye out for the First Order, they’re out and about, and like to question guests. If your travel is long, I recommend a pit stop at Oga’s Cantina (be sure to make reservations within 60 days of travel or you can add your name to the mobile walkup list if it’s available). Oga’s is a safe space for travelers filled with music and magical libations.

I know that you’re going to have such a magical return to Disneyland Resort, Scott. You know where to find us if you have any other questions, we’re here to help!

    'Til the Spires!
