How do I print a receipt for my ticket purchases? I chose eticket and now can't find any details on my purchase such as credit card etc.

    Heigh-Ho Dee,

I am happy to hEAR you will be coming home to the Most Magical Place On Earth this summer but sorry you can’t seem to find a receipt with details on the purchase of your Walt Disney World tickets.

Typically, Guests who have chosen eTickets, as their mode of delivery, are given the option to print or download the tickets as PDF files at the time of purchase. Either way, you should have received an email with your ticket information and PDF file. If payment information is not included in the email then your next step is to reach out to Guest Relations. You can call (407) 566-4985 to speak to a Cast Member or follow this link to begin an email inquiry requesting a receipt to be sent to you.

In the meantime, as your arrival date approaches feel free to reach out to us a planDisney for any Walt Disney World vacation questions. Want to know the best-not-so-scary roller coasters to ride or how to get from here to there? What can you do on a non-Park day or how much time should you dedicate when visiting Disney Springs? Do you have a Disney question? We have a Disney answer.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

    Amy M.

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
