    In previous years, has the free dinnig plan been available in a package during the first week of December?

    Welcome to the Mom's Panel, Jose!  We're glad you're hEAR!  In December 2010 and 2011, a free Disney Dining Plan was available to guests purchasing a vacation package at select Walt Disney World Resorts. In 2010, the promotion was available November 27, 2010 through December 2, 2010 and December 10, 2010 through December 21, 2010. In 2011, December dates that were available for booking the promotion included November 27, 2011 through December 3, 2011 and December 11, 2011 through December 17, 2011.
