Hi Laura, One of my favorite things about Disney is how they accommodate guests who have special dietary needs. My daughter who has a shellfish allergy is always treated so special at the restaurants to make sure she has no issues with dining. Since the food items are constantly changing, I recommend you reach out to the cast members as Special Diets. These cast members can tell you where to find what you need. They can be emailed at special.diets@waltdisney.com. You should reach out to them at least 14 days prior to travel. In addition, you should have all of your Advance Dining Reservations noted with gluten restrictions so the chef can talk to you about your meals. Wishing you a magical vacation! Beth
