Hi, I would like to pre-purchase Memory Maker. We are staying off site. From other answers it looks like there is a card that you use to link all the photos. Do you just get one of these card and how do you actually get the card(s)?

    Hi Catharine,

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  Making your Memory Maker purchase in advance is a great idea.  Not only will you save some money, but it's also the best way to ensure you don't miss a single vacation photo.  You'll want to be sure to do this at least 3 days before you begin your vacation, since that's the length of the waiting period before photos start appearing on your account.

Just follow this link to make your purchase online.  As you complete the check-out process, you'll be given some options for delivery.  There's no charge for the "Will Call" and "U.S. Domestic Standard" options; there are delivery fees for the "U.S. Domestic Express" and "International Express" options.  Since you're getting close to your vacation dates, I'd recommend choosing the "Will Call" option, which means you'll be able to pick up your Memory Maker card from any Walt Disney World theme park ticket sales location when you arrive.  Be sure to have the credit card you used for the purchase, a valid government-issued photo ID and your confirmation number with you.  If you'd like additional cards, just find any Disney PhotoPass photographer for those and then link these cards to your account.

I hope that helps, Catharine, but please let us know if you have any other questions.

Wishing you a most magical vacation!
