    In prepaying for cruise tips (gratuity), does that include Palo/Remy dinner/brunch servers? bartenders? (I know it doesn't include room service). thank you!

    Hi Pam!
    It is great to hear from you again!  This is a great question because gratuities can be confusing.  The gratuities you pre-pay are for your dining server, assistant server, head server and stateroom host or hostess.  When you visit Palo or Remy, it will be up to you on whether or not you would like to add an additional tip to your bill.  The servers do receive gratuities from the per person cost you are charged to dine there, but many Guests feel the exceptional service is worth an extra amount. When you order a drink from bar service, a 15% tip is automatically added to the bill to take care of those crew members.
