Hello! We're preparing for our 2nd cruise in early Oct. this time on the Wonder. We'd like an alternative to the buffet for breakfast and lunch. Can you tell us about other sit down restaurant options? Are breakfast and lunch themed? Thank you!

Welcome back, Scott! Now that you've sailed with Disney once before, you're officially a Silver Castaway Club Member! Congratulations!

When my family and I cruise, we do dine in Cabanas occasionally, but we, too, prefer a table service breakfast and sometimes lunch. I really like to wake up and head down to Triton's on the Wonder for a relaxing meal. My kids order the Peanut Butter and Jelly Typhoon pancake almost every time for breakfast there, it's simply a tradition for them! We're actually headed on the Wonder out of San Diego soon ourselves, and my daughter is already excited to dive into this breakfast treat! Typically, Triton's is open for breakfast from 8:00 - 9:30 a.m., but check your Personal Navigator once onboard or the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App for exact times on your cruise.

At lunch time, Triton's opens again from noon to 1:30 p.m. for a lovely table service feast. Keep in mind that the quick service spots on the pool deck will also serve lunch, and don't forget that the complimentary Room Service menu includes plenty of options too, if you're looking to enjoy a relaxing breakfast or lunch on your verandah as you prepare for the day! There aren't particular themes for breakfast and lunch as there are for dinner.

You might also consider booking an amazing brunch at Palo, the adult exclusive restaurant onboard the Wonder. I never miss an opportunity to enjoy this fabulous experience. If you didn't dine at Palo on your last cruise, you simply must book at least one meal there, be it brunch or dinner, Scott. It's the best!

Enjoy planning and please stop back with other questions before you set sail. We're very happy to help!
