I have prepaid for Cinderella’s Royal Table. Does the money I prepaid for my reservation go towards the cost of our meal? Or how does this work?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Holly! I think it’s so great that you were able to make a reservation to dine with Disney royalty during your next magical vacation!

Cinderella’s Royal Table at the Magic Kingdom Park is such a special experience! Did you know that you will be able to visit with at least five classic Disney princesses during your meal? It makes for the absolute best pictures!

Holly, I just booked a reservation for my family at this magical restaurant for our visit this coming Fall and also prepaid for the meal. Your credit card is charged for your meal ahead of time when you make your reservation. You won’t be required to pay anything afterward, unless of course you order a few additional things like alcoholic beverages or an additional meal.

It’s important to know that if you’re on the Disney Dining Plan, you can use your table service credits toward this meal. If you do decide to do this, just let the server know. They will issue a credit to your card for the amount of the meal and will apply your Disney dining credits instead.

I know it’s a bit of a shock when you get your statement. ( I just got mine today so I know how you feel!) But think of it as taking care of vacation expenses ahead of time so you won’t have to worry about it later.

I hope this information is helpful to you. Please feel free to drop back in to see us if you have any more planning questions before your visit. It’s our pleasure to help you with all the details of your next magical adventure at the Walt Disney World Resort!
