Hiya Mary! You’re as welcome as can be at planDisney!
Thanks for bringing your question our way.
I see you’re gearing up to visit Walt Disney World Resort in January! Hooray for starting the year off with the most magical vacation! I love visiting during January, as well. Not only does it help me beat the post-holiday season blues, but the weather is cooler, and it simply feels like a more relaxed time to visit the parks.
Mary, like you, I also use Instacart to order groceries and deliver them to my
Disney Resort hotel. Cast Members at
Bell Services are phenomenal at keeping perishable items for you in their refrigerator. You’re welcome to place your grocery order before arriving; however, I recommend scheduling the delivery on the day of your arrival. This way, the Disney Resort hotel you are staying at can verify the order is of a Guest’s. When placing your order, please address the delivery to the lead Guest on the reservation, as well as the Disney Resort hotel name and address, which can be found on the Resort hotel’s website.
A few things you may want to note is that there is a
small fee if you have Bell Services bring your groceries to your room; however, choosing to pick up the groceries from Bell Services is free of charge! Additionally, please keep in mind that Cast Members will not be able to accept age-restricted items like alcohol. If you plan on including such items, you must be present to show a photo ID.
Having snacks on hand and water to help you stay hydrated really helps prevent meltdowns, so I am elated to hear you’re ordering your groceries! Should you have any other questions, your pals at planDisney are all ears.
Have an enchanting visit, Mary!
Aena
