Welcome to planDisney, Jon! I look FOREward to helping you today. It looks like you're enjoying a
Walt Disney World Resort vacation as an
Annual Passholder, so let's look at how we can keep it in the fairway during your visit.
Annual Passholders can add the
Water Park and Sports Option to get complimentary rounds of golf and miniature golf, so it sounds like you've taken advantage of that by teeing it up at
Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course. Since your green fees are complimentary with this add-on, I did a little digging to see what that charge might be.
The system requires a credit card charge if you book your tee time online. When you arrive at the pro shop, you can show your Annual Pass credentials, and that fee will be refunded. The best way to avoid this fee is to make your tee time by calling (407) 939-GOLF.
If you've already hit the links, I suggest you stop by the pro shop with your Annual Pass to get your refund or call the number above for options.
Just so you know, any push carts or equipment rental won't be complimentary, which might be another reason for the charge. And, of course, I always add snacks to any outing, so that would be the reason for the fees on my bill! Finally, if you don't have the add-on for your pass, golf isn't complimentary; however, you should receive a passholder discount.
My husband and I have a tee time at
Fantasia Fairways Miniature Golf in a few weeks. This unique course is designed to mimic an actual golf course on a smaller scale. He's a great golfer, but maybe I'll stand a chance against him with my putter!
Jon, I hope you make lots of birdies on your visit. Please
stop by planDisney anytime. I'd love to take a swing at your questions!
Magic awaits,
Elaine
