Can you preload an onboard account? If so, how can one do this?

    Ahoy, Sharon!

Welcome back aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It's my pleasure to assist you again with your upcoming cruise plans. You must be so excited to be sailing on another magical voyage with Mickey. I'm sure you can't wait until it's your turn again soon!

When planning a Disney Cruise, I always think about my onboard purchases as soon as my cruise is booked. I like to budget for the extras by purchasing Disney Gift Cards to use for Port Adventures, souvenirs, adult-dining, spa experiences, photos, and specialty beverages. It sounds like you have a plan for your onboard spending as well, and I have some good news on how to purchase onboard credit before your cruise begins! Just give Disney Cruise Line a call at (800) 601-8455 to apply the amount you'd like to preload to your onboard account. This pre-payment will cover any extras you choose to experience on your upcoming voyage. If you purchase the onboard credit more than two days before you set sail, a card will be left in your stateroom with your credit amount. If it's less than the two days, you can check with Guest Services for your onboard credit total.

Sharon, it was wonderful to hEAR from you again. We hope you'll cruise back by with any other questions you may have about your magical vacation with Disney Cruise Line!
