Rob, Disney Cruise Line offers onboard gifts that can be purchased online up to three days before your departure date. I browsed through the offerings and don't see Captain Mickey at this time, but do see the Catchin' Waves Bundle, which includes a Mickey plush. If you look on the DCL website under the "Already Booked" tab, you'll see "Onboard Gifts." This is where you'll find everything available on your Dream sailing later this week. If you purchase one of these gifts, it can be placed in your grandson's stateroom. If you'd like to get your grandson a Captain Mickey plush, those are on sale in Mickey's Mainsail, located on Deck 3. The shops are not open when the ship is in port, so check the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once you arrive at the cruise terminal to see when it will be open. On embarkation day, it typically opens between 5:00 and 6:00 pm.
