    I pre purchased a number of items to be in our stateroom. How can I confirm what I ordered. I could not find anything on DCL site or Navigator app

    Welcome back to planDisney. I am happy to answer another one of your questions! Your departure date is rapidly approaching. How exciting! Now is the time to get your packing list together and buy any last-minute items (such as lots of sunscreen), but it sounds like you are already on top of that! Disney Cruise Line does have a recommended packing list that includes some helpful suggestions.

    Finding Onboard Gifts in your stateroom is always a fun way to begin your Disney Cruise (especially when you forget what you ordered, which has happened to me)! During my family's cruise on the Disney Wish last fall, I pre-ordered the "Celebrate Today Room Decor!" package to surprise one of my family members for their birthday. The package included a beach towel, two pillowcases, and a "Happy Birthday" ceiling banner. It was adorable! I also pre-ordered a delicious Mickey Cake to enjoy during dinner one night and some souvenirs for my kids. It was super simple!

    I just looked through my emails for my receipts and found them by searching for "Amenity Confirmation". I recommend searching for those keywords in your email account, as well. If that does not help, you can call Onboard Gifts and they can offer assistance. The phone number is listed on this Onboard Gifts page. They are generally open from Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time, as well as Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
