    I just pre purchased memory maker and the website says I need to go to guest services to pick it up. Is this correct or is it automatically loaded on to my magic band? Thanks as always. 8 days and counting!

    I very recently had the exact same question myself. I purchased Memory Maker and got the message that I needed to pick something up at Will Call.

    As it turns out, this is not the case. If you purchase Memory Maker online more than 72 hours in advance of your trip then it will automatically be loaded onto your MagicBand, there is no need to stop at an office. I've just returned home from a week at WDW and got lots of great Memory Maker pictures via my MagicBand and never picked up any paperwork at Will Call.

    This means you can go and ahead and start making memories a soon as you get to the parks.
