    How do I pre order a magic band? I have my room on my disney acct, but I can't find where to buy a magic band at the pre-arrival price. On my 'plans and tickets page, it states 'Your MagicBand Order Status Is Currently Unavailable'.

    Thank you for bringing your question to us at planDisney, we are happy to guide you in the right direction to solve this conundrum. You are correct in signing into your My Disney Experience and navigating to your My Plans page where you can clearly see your Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation but are receiving a not so magical message about your MagicBands

    First, try signing in through a different web browser sometimes a little change is all it needs to correct itself. If that doesn’t work try your My Disney Experience mobile app. But if these two things are still resulting in the same message then it is time to reach out to a Cast Member by calling (407) 939-4357. Once they have waved their magic wand and sprinkled some pixie dust, you will be set. If you would like to receive your MagicBands prior to your vacation make sure you order no more than 11-days before your arrival.
