I have a PPO reservation at BOG for 7:40. The park opens at 8:00. What time should I arrive at MK? I will have to use transportation from the parking lot. Will I also have to plan to wait in the security line before the line for breakfast check in?

Hey, Kathleen! Welcome back and thanks for bringing us another great question! The Magic Kingdom Parking Lot generally opens an hour before the park opens for the day. It looks like that morning, you will be able to enter the lot around 7:00 a.m.

Now, I want to highly recommend that you do not plan to arrive at the gates at 7:00 a.m. as you will need to get through quickly and there is likely going to be a line! The thought of it makes my super-planner heart get to thumping! So, maybe go for a 6:40 a.m. arrival at the gates. Once you park and make your way up to the Disney Monorail or the ferryboat, you will notice that the bag check and security checkpoint are located just before the boarding area for transportation. This usually goes fairly quickly and you will be heading across Seven Seas Lagoon soon. When you arrive at Magic Kingdom Park, look for the entrance designated for guests with pre-park opening reservations. This is usually towards the left of the Mickey touchpoint entrances. A Cast Member will take your name and confirmation number - be sure to have it handy! You will be free to head towards Be Our Guest Restuarant in no time.

I hope this information helps you plan a magical morning at Magic Kingdom Park! Thanks again for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions.
