Hi Libbi!
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Sometimes life throws a bit of a "Stitch," and plans have to change. No worries! The Mouse and Co. are happy to have you visit at a later date.
The latest info on changing purchased tickets can be found here. But, I'll summarize the current policy for you:
-Any date-specific or unexpired multi-day tickets with a use period between March 12, 2020 - Mach 31, 2020, are automatically extended for use up until December 15, 2020.
-If you can't use the tickets before December 15, 2020, you can use the value of an unused pass towards the purchase of a new one.
-Special Event tickets from March 16, 2020, through Mach 31, 2020, will be automatically refunded.
-If you have an Annual Pass, that pass will be extended by 16 days.
If none of these situations apply to your tickets, then the current standard rules apply. All cards have a use day and expiratory period. For example, a 6-day base ticket that starts on July 1 will be valid from July 1 through July 9. Also, you can apply the price of an unused ticket to purchase a new one, as long as the original price is greater than or equal to the previous one. Please remember, all prices and policies are subject to change.
Whew! Hopefully, that was clEAR! Libbi, if you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to come back. We are all EARs!
