is it possible to watch rivers of light and see the tree of life the same night?

    Hi Theresa!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. On a recent trip, while my little one napped in his stroller, we spent time just exploring the Tree of Life and it was honestly my favorite part of the day!

I am delighted to let you know that you can certainly enjoy both the Tree of Life Awakenings and Rivers of Light within the same evening. Tree of Life Awakenings runs roughly every 10 minutes and continuously throughout the evening once sun sets. I've honestly never just sat to wait for the show, yet still find that I've caught it any evening that I have spent at Disney's Animal Kingdom. Since Rivers of Light only shows once or twice a night, I would make this your priority and make sure you give yourself ample time to find a spot in the theatre, since there is limited seating. Both of these nighttime experiences are unique and truly mesmerizing and I think you'll have a great time enjoying them both!

Please come back and let us know if you have any other questions!
