Welcome to planDisney, Nancy!
Thanks for stopping by with your question.
Nancy, it is completely understandable for plans to change, especially during these unprecedented times. I, too, have had a couple of trips that needed to be rescheduled; but one thing is for sure: when it comes to Walt Disney World Resort, it’s never a goodbye, it’s more of a
see you real soon, pal! Although your nieces may not be able to travel now, the magic of
Walt Disney World Resort will be here when they’re ready to return!
I spoke with a
Cast Member at Existing Tickets about your situation and was informed that many times in the Tickets & Memory Maker section of your
My Disney Experience account, there is an option to change the ticket presented. If that option is not there, you would require the assistance of a Walt Disney World Resort Cast Member by calling 407-566-4985. They will be happy to look into the
Theme Park tickets for you.
Once that is taken care of, I would recommend making your
Disney Park Pass reservations. Here is the
Disney Park Pass Availability Calendar to help you plan the days you’ll be spending at the enchanting Theme Parks! I recently came back from my own vacation at The Most Magical Place on Earth and have to tell you how impressed I was at how hard Disney is working to ensure
Guest and Cast Member safety.
Nancy, we hope to see you and your family very soon! If you have any more questions about your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, we’re all
ears!
Aena
