Hi, is it possible to stay at a disney resort for 2 nights with 1 day pass only? for example, checking-in to a hotel on Monday, going to a theme park on tuesday and checking out of the hotel on wedesday. If this is possible, how should I book this?

    Greetings, Xuan!

Welcome to planDisney! A stay at a Walt Disney World Resort Collection hotel is the perfect way to add a little extra magic to your upcoming adventure. Each resort is uniquely themed and comes with exclusive Guest benefits. You can enjoy additional time in all four theme parks and complimentary transportation throughout Walt Disney World Resort. Whether you are looking for a tropical Caribbean vibe or a scenic woodland adventure, there is sure to be a perfect resort for you to call your home away from home during your visit.

Xuan, you can absolutely stay for multiple nights and enjoy one day inside the theme parks. This is a great way to enjoy all of the fun your resort hotel has to offer! The booking process for this type of adventure is a little different than creating a vacation package. Walt Disney World vacation packages offer a minimum of 2-Day Tickets, so this would not be the ideal option for the trip you envision. What I recommend is doing separate ticket and hotel room purchases. You can book your favorite Walt Disney World Resort hotel room online for the two nights that work best for your desired travel dates. When checking out, choose the No Ticket option when adding your hotel to your cart. Proceed to checkout and follow the remaining prompts to secure your magical stay. Next, you can purchase a 1-Day park ticket through the website in a matter of moments. You can even add the Park Hopper Option, giving you access to multiple theme parks in one day! Both your ticket and hotel accommodations can be linked to your My Disney Experience account through your confirmation numbers. If you are logged in while purchasing your adventure, your plans should link automatically after purchase.

Once you have purchased your ticket, don't forget to make your Park Pass reservations. All four theme parks require a reservation in addition to a valid theme park ticket. Pro-tip: you can check the availability of your desired date before purchasing your ticket. This is a great way to be sure that your favorite park has reservations available before you finalize your plans.

I hope that your upcoming adventure is memorable and magical!
    We'll see ya real soon!
