    Is it possible to retrieve photos from a photo pass that just expired? I went in to order my cd, and it had expired! I spent hours cropping, sizing and editing and I just can't believe they are gone. I even went as far as paying for the extension! Help??

    Hi Linda,

    While I can't guarantee anything, I have heard some anecdotal evidence from guests that they have been able to retrieve recently expired PhotoPass pictures by speaking directly with the PhotoPass office. Try giving them a call at 407-560-4300. Their live phone hours are Monday-Saturday 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. EST.
