    Is it possible to reassign a Not So Scary ticket to someone else?

    Hey, howdy, hey Rachel, and welcome to planDisney. Thank you for bringing this spook-tacular question to us. If there is one party of the year we love to haunt it is Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. I have reassigned special event tickets and I am happy to share how to do it.

    Unused Disney theme park and special event party tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable but are reassignable. Log in to your My Disney Experience account either on the Walt Disney World Resort website or through the My Disney Experience app. You must be connected through "Your Family & Friends" in My Disney Experience in order to reassign any ticket. Here is where to go to reassign online and through the mobile app.

    Walt Disney World Resort website

    1. Click on the Circle Mickey and My Disney Experience in the upper right corner
    2. Select "My Plans"
    3. Scroll down to "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets"
    4. Click "Tickets, Passes, & Memory Maker" and find the ticket
    5. Choose Reassign to the right side of the ticket

    My Disney Experience App

    1. Open the app
    2. Click the Feature Menu (≡) in the lower right of the screen
    3. Choose Tickets and Passes
    4. Find the Ticket and click Reassign
