Are 2 theme park tickets required for Halloween event “Mickeys Not Do Scary Halloween Party” if visiting all day park? Or is Halloween event ticket only valid from fir 4pm-12am?

Welcome to planDisney, Crissy! Thanks so much for coming to us with your question today. The Halloween season has officially kicked off at Walt Disney World Resort and Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is the perfect way to add a bit of "spooktacular" fun to your vacation later this fall. It sounds like you're thinking about getting tickets to the Party, so let's chat about what's included when you purchase admission!

If you are planning on spending the entire day at Magic Kingdom Park and staying for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, which runs from 7:00 PM to midnight, you will need regular Theme Park admission and a valid Disney Park Pass reservation as well as separate tickets for the Party. If you have tickets to the Party but not daytime tickets for Magic Kingdom Park, you can enter the Theme Park as early as 4:00 PM and stay until the Party finishes at midnight! Magic Kingdom Park closes at 6:00 PM on nights of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, and only guests with Party tickets will be able to stay in the Theme Park past that time.

Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is an event that Guests look forward to all year, and if you're thinking about attending, you should go for it! It's so much fun to be able to dress up in a costume, go trick-or-treating, and enjoy entertainment exclusive to the Party. The special Halloween treats look incredible too, so check out the Foodie Guide for this year's Party and start making your must-try list!

    Have a magical day, Crissy!
