I chatted with a friendly Cast Member with Merchandise Guest Services who said they typically only deal with refunds and replacements of items purchased in the theme parks. Since I don't know which location or items you hope to locate, I suggest you call Merchandise Guest Services at (877) 560-6477. Even if they can't find or ship items to you, they might offer some options to try.
One idea is to contact the
Disney Store closest to you. They often receive merchandise directly from the theme parks. Shipping policies vary by store, but it's worth a try. I also suggest checking
shopDisney occasionally since merchandise availability is constantly changing. Finally, this may not be the most practical or cost-effective solution, but you could always head back to
Disney Springs!
If the items you'd like to purchase were at a
non-Disney store, you can check that company's website. One of my favorite places to browse is Uniqlo at Disney Springs. They have a website carrying many items I've seen at the store. Their Disney-themed section is my weakness. I recently bought a Dumbo tee shirt, and now I'm hoping for warmer weather so I can wear it!
