    Is it possible to purchase a dining plan if you are not staying at a Disney Resort?

    Unfortunately not. The Disney Dining Plan is only available as part of a Magic Your Way package that includes a WDW hotel room, park tickets, and the Dining Plan.

    Regardless of where you're staying, you are still welcome to make reservations for and dine at any restaurant at WDW. You'll just need to pay with cash (or credit card, etc.) rather than with Dining Plan credits.
