    Is it possible to purchase a dining plan, if you do not purchase a whole vacation package? We're staying at the Contemporary and purchasing 3 PH passes for 5 days. But, my husband is attending a conference. So, we are not purchasing the hotel room.

    Unfortunately not.

    There are exceptions for Disney Vacation Club members and Disney Annual Pass holders, but for other guests, the Disney Dining Plan is only available as part of a package that includes a hotel room, park tickets, and the dining plan.

    Look at the bright side, that free hotel room more than makes up for any savings you might have by using the dining plan.
