    William from VA Asked

Is it possible to purchase more than a 10-day ticket to the parks, or do I have to buy a 10-day and then a 2-day? Does this put us in annual-pass territory (which I know nothing about)? Thanks!

Hello there, William! Welcome back to planDisney! We are so excited that you are back and asking another excellent Walt Disney World Resort vacation question!

It sounds like you are looking forward to an extended amount of fun at Walt Disney World Resort! Currently, Disney theme park tickets may be purchased for as little as a 1-day visit all the way up to a 10-day visit. If you are intending on visiting the theme parks for more than 10 days, you will need to purchase an additional park ticket to cover those extra days. For example, if you intend on exploring the Disney theme parks on 12 separate days, you will need to purchase a 10-day theme park ticket and a 2-day theme park ticket.

Another great option, though, would be to become a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder! Due to the extended stay you are planning, purchasing a Walt Disney World Annual Pass may be a more cost effective and valuable option! In addition to gaining access to the four theme parks at Walt Disney World Resort, Annual Passholders also receive a variety of exciting benefits that help sweeten your stays. As an Annual Passholder, you can look forward to discounts at select dining locations, merchandise, events & entertainment options, Disney Resort hotel rooms, and more! There are even special Passholder Extras that can include special events and additional perks just for being a part of the Passholder family!

In case you couldn’t tell, I am a huge fan of the Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder program and highly recommend it! My family and I particularly loved the fantastic discounts on Disney Resort hotels that made our vacations much more cost effective. We also could not get enough of the Special Events that we were able to experience at a discount as well!

Regardless of your choice, though, I hope you have a practically perfect time visiting Walt Disney World Resort! Please let us know if we can assist with planning any other portion of your stay!
