Is it possible to pick up the Florida Residents tickets in advance of our stay and do I need to be present at each park for entry? I am picking up some for my grandkids, but may not want to go to all the parks with them.

    Hiya Kristine!

You are going to win Fairy Grandmother of the Year with Disney tickets! What lucky grandkids you have! I am sure you all will have a fabulous visit to the Walt Disney World Resort.

There are two ways to get Florida Resident Disney tickets. You can purchase them at any of the four theme park ticket windows or buy online and then pick up at will call. The only way to activate the Florida Resident tickets is if you are present and show proof of Florida Residency when the tickets are picked up.

I know you said that you might want to skip out on some of the parks. No problem! Once your grandkids' tickets are activated, you do not need to be there any of the other times that the tickets are valid. When my mom joins us at Walt Disney World, she likes to take a break too!

Kristine, I hope you and your family have a magical vacation. Feel free to swing back by if you have any more questions!

    See ya real soon!
