Aulani is such a special place, combining incredible Hawaiian art and architecture with magical Disney touches around every corner. Our family has been fortunate enough to visit Aulani several times over the years, and it is always an amazing experience!
Guests may have Amazon orders delivered to the resort before check-in, but ideally not more than a day or two early. Be sure to add your resort reservation number to the shipping notes to ensure the packages find their way to you! The address for shipping is:

Keep in mind that grocery orders
cannot be received before check-in - Bell Services will not receive and hold these items. You can set up an order once you have arrived and meet the delivery person to receive your groceries.
If you're a
Disney Vacation Club Member, you can order groceries (including bottled water) from
Kālepa's Store, which is a really convenient option! There is also a market across the street from Aulani where you can find many essentials for your vacation, in addition to some other nice restaurants and shops.
