Is it possible to get information via USPS mail service

Hi there, Sherry! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh boy, I'm so excited to hear that you're making plans to visit Walt Disney World Resort this summer! You'll be just in time to experience the newest ride in Magic Kingdom Park – TRON Lightcycle / Run, which will be opening on April 4, 2023. With so much to see and do, you're sure to have an extra special trip!

Sherry, I completely understand wanting to receive some information sent to your home so you can continue to plan for your magical trip. Unfortunately, Walt Disney World Resort no longer mails out brochures or park maps to Guests as part of its commitment to environmental sustainability. But Hakuna Matata! No worries! I have a few ideas that may be just right for you:

    • If you're looking for park maps, you can view maps (plus a lot of current information) for Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park online! You can also view and navigate park maps by using the My Disney Experience app, which I highly recommend.
    • If you're looking for current news and recent announcements, be sure to check out the Disney Parks Blog! This is the best way to stay up-to-date about the offerings you can expect when traveling to Walt Disney World Resort.
    • If you're looking for best tips when visiting the parks, tune in to the planDisney Podcast! Here, you'll be able to listen to planDisney panelists share their best, personal advice when visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth.
Of course, if you have any specific planning questions, feel free to write back! After all, you've got a friend in me.

    See ya real soon!
