    Is it possible to exchange a park ticket for one that would be for a boy? We have four tickets and four grandsons but one is a minnie mouse.

    Hi, Dennis!  I hate to admit that I know the answer to this question based on first hand experience.  My husband was quite disappointed one year when we were renewing our annual passes that my daughter had been given a pass with Donald Duck on it, and he had gotten Goofy.  Fancying himself more a Mickey Mouse and her more a Goofy, he asked the Cast Member if it was possible to reprint the ticket, and she did!

    You have to go to guest relations, and simply ask if you can have one of the tickets reprinted on a pass with a different character's picture.  They are not under any obligation to do the exchange for you, but the cast member we dealt with - and the one I spoke with on the phone to confirm this can be done - were both quite accommodating!

    I hope all four of your grandsons have a wonderful time!
