Is it possible for a Disney Resort Guest to enter a park with evening extra magic hours after the normal closing time or do you have to be in the park before it closes to get the wristband?

A Disney resort guest may enter the park at any time during Extra Magic Hours. You do not need to be in the park at the beginning of Extra Magic time. To enjoy the park after Extra Magic time has begun, you will just need to show your resort ID (Key to the World card) when you enter the park and you will be given a wristband then.
