Hi Brent!
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for bringing your question about tickets to us! Planning a trip to Walt Disney World entails a lot of planning, and we are here to help! Selecting your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, purchasing
theme park tickets, and making Disney Park Pass reservations all require an itinerary of sorts! Knowing when to go, and where to go, can make quite the difference when booking your experiences!
Brent, while I am glad you have purchased your tickets, I am sorry to hear that you are looking to cancel them. Walt Disney World tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable, so, unfortunately, you would not be able to receive a refund for purchased tickets. You can, however, use the value of them to purchase new tickets, when you decide to return to the
Walt Disney World Resort. When you book new dates, you can speak to a Cast Member at
Guest Services who can help apply the cost of tickets paid to new tickets.
Once you have your new dates, and new tickets, booked, make sure you make
Disney Park Pass reservations for each day you will be visiting. This will ensure you have a valid ticket and admission to your theme park of choice.
Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!
Malanie
