Hi Jennifer!
The wonderful thing about Walt Disney World (WDW) is that they are known for accommodating special dietary needs, including dairy-free diets. I also am dairy and soy free, so I can completely understand your need for accessing almond, coconut or lactose-free milk in the parks. Unfortunately, at the current time WDW does not sell almond milk in the parks or shops.
You can certainly visit GardenGrocer.com and order lactose-free milk to be delivered to your resort. Another option is to bring the dairy-free milk with you and keep it stored in the refrigerator or a cooler. If you are traveling by plane, you may want to ship the dairy-free milk directly to your resort. You can even order almond milk in cartons (so it doesn't require refrigeration until opened) and have it shipped directly from Amazon to your resort. There may be a fee associated with this, so make sure to call you resort ahead of time to check. Check out
mail services for more information.
You can visit the
Special Dietary Requests page for more information about dining at Walt Disney World with an allergy.
Also, make sure to notate your dairy allergy on your
Advanced Dining Reservation and the chef will ensure your meal is prepared without dairy.
Magically,
Stacy
