Is it possible to attend chef mickey 8am and still get to the rundisney kids races for 11am at ESPN WWOS?

    Hi Cassie!

Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. My family actually has a very similar plan for this fall when we visit for Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend!

I think it is certainly possible to make it to the runDisney Kids Races from an 8 AM Chef Mickey's reservation! I would recommend showing up to your reservation about 15 minutes in advance. While it is not guaranteed, I have been sat early showing up for a reservation a few minutes ahead of schedule so that will just give you that much more time to enjoy all the Character Experiences. Since you'll also be eating a buffet, it should be relatively simple for the Cast Member serving you to work up your check, so I'd ask for it early to expedite that process as well. I'd say as long as you are headed to the bus area by 9:30 AM that will give you plenty of time.

If you are not staying at Disney's Contemporary Resort, you can still take the buses from there to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. I would quickly check with the front desk before your reservation where the runDisney transportation buses pick up from because it's not always the same location as other buses.

I hope your little one has a magical time and please let me know if you have any other questions!
