    There is a possibility that we will be delayed going through customs after our cruise. If we are booked on Disney bus ground transfer to the airport, will it wait for us? If the bus leaves without us, will be refunded our money?

    Hi Kelli,

    Disney Cruise Line does an excellent job transitioning Guests from land to sea and sea to land!  There are many buses available for Guests traveling to the Orlando airport throughout the morning of your disembarkation.   I have cruised many times, and Customs usually moves very fast at Port Canaveral (much quicker than what you may have experienced at the airport).  I think the most it has ever taken me, including the wait time in line, is 30 minutes.  I think you will be pleasantly surprised at how easy it will be on your upcoming cruise.  Just make sure to have your Customs Form filled out correctly and have passports or birth certificates handy!
