    Do the Port Orleans Riverside preferred rooms have lifts? I know that they are only two floors but we are two older ladies and do not wish to climb stairs dragging luggage. If no lifts, should I request a ground floor room now?

    HI Diana!

    No worries! There are lifts at Port Orleans Riverside!

    If you are considering requesting a ground floor room any how, I would suggest adding the request to your reservation as soon as possible. While the room requests aren't guaranteed, Disney will do their best to accommodate guests if they can. Adding the request now will make things easier when it comes time to assign your room.
