    Does the Port Orleans Riverside ever offer free dining or reduced room rate? I notiice that a lot of specials exclude this resort. Also, I notice that free dining plan is available from 15-21 December, is it possible to be offered for early December?

    Hi, Terrie! Yes, Port Orleans - Riverside Resort does participate in free Dining Plan promotions and room discounts. In fact, it is eligible for the current Coolest Summer Savings discount right now. As for the free Dining Plan promotion, Port Orleans - Riverside Resort is eligible from August 28 to October 2, 2015.  I'm unsure why it is not eligible for the later Free Dining dates. Walt Disney World doesn't often expand the dates of the promotions once they are released, but you can keep your eye on the Special Offers page just in case.
